Terms of Service
Using the site
By placing an order, submitting a commission request, creating an account, or using TeePullsTCG, customers agree to follow the shop’s posted policies and use the site in good faith.
Product availability and listing accuracy
TeePullsTCG aims to keep product listings, pricing, and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a listing error, stock issue, or pricing problem is discovered, TeePullsTCG may cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment and will contact the customer when appropriate.
Orders and payments
Orders are not considered final until payment is successfully completed. TeePullsTCG reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with store policies.
Stream-only and live-open product terms
Stream-only items are purchased with the understanding that they will be opened live on Whatnot and shipped opened, not sealed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Stream-Only Policy before purchasing those items.
Handmade and commission terms
Handmade items and commissions may vary slightly due to the nature of custom and handcrafted work. Commission timelines, approvals, and revisions are handled according to the shop’s posted commission guidance and direct communication with the customer.
Rewards, store credit, and promotions
TeePullsTCG may offer rewards points, store credit, discount codes, or promotional offers. These may be limited, adjusted, canceled, or refused in cases of abuse, refunds, fraud review, accidental issuance, or policy violations.
Intellectual property and site content
TeePullsTCG branding, shop design, written content, handmade product presentation, and original site materials may not be copied, reused, or republished without permission.
Limitation of liability
TeePullsTCG is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, third-party payment providers, platform outages, manufacturer defects, or events outside normal business control, except where required by law.
Policy updates
TeePullsTCG may update site policies, store terms, and operational practices as the business grows. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
