TeePullsTCG collects the information needed to run the shop, such as customer names, email addresses, shipping details, order records, commission details, and optional email-list signups.
How information is used
Information is used to process orders, send order and commission updates, respond to customer questions, manage account and rewards features, and improve how the shop operates. Email-list signups are used for store updates, new drops, and related announcements.
Payments and third-party services
Payments are processed through Stripe. TeePullsTCG also uses third-party platforms and services such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Whatnot to power the storefront, account features, communications, and live-selling experience.
Email communications
Customers may receive transactional emails related to orders, refunds, commissions, store credit, or account activity. Marketing or announcement emails should only be sent to people who join the email list or otherwise request those updates.
Information sharing
TeePullsTCG does not sell customer information. Information may be shared only as needed to run the business, complete transactions, deliver orders, or comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
TeePullsTCG keeps order, commission, and account records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the shop, support customers, maintain business records, and resolve disputes or policy questions.
