Returns & Refunds

General return position

Because inventory includes collectibles, limited products, opened-live items, and handmade work, TeePullsTCG does not offer open-ended returns. Refund or replacement requests are reviewed case by case when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If there is an issue with your order, contact TeePullsTCG within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos when damage is involved. Review cannot be guaranteed without timely notice.

Final-sale items

The following are generally final sale unless TeePullsTCG made a fulfillment mistake:

  • opened products
  • stream-only live-opened items
  • custom commissions
  • personalized handmade products
  • items returned because of buyer preference rather than an order issue

Condition expectations

Minor packaging wear, normal shelf wear, print variance, centering variance, and manufacturer imperfections do not automatically qualify an item for refund or replacement, especially in trading card products and collectibles.

Approved resolutions

If a claim is approved, TeePullsTCG may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and item availability.
